Shape our repairs service: new date added

Thank you to everyone who has attended one of our recent repairs focus groups – your input is invaluable in shaping our way forward.

We're reviewing our repairs service to make sure it works well and remains affordable in the future, so we can continue investing in your homes, keeping them safe and well maintained for years to come. At the same time, we’re reviewing what work we do on a home before someone moves in, to make sure we strike the right balance between what we provide for new and existing customers.

Due to demand, we’re running one more focus group on this topic:

Friday 11 September | 10am – 12pm | RHP office, 8 Waldegrave Road, Teddington, TW11 8GT.
