Following the devastating fire in a high-rise apartment complex in Valencia, Spain, we want to remind you of what you can do to stay fire safe, and reassure you of the measures we have in place to keep you and your homes safe.
Last year we sent all tenants a booklet explaining the actions we take to keep you fire safe, and what to do in case of fire (including if you live in a block of flats). We've linked to it below: please make sure everyone in your home has read it.
We’ve included some information on fire prevention, as we need you to work with us to keep you and your neighbours safe.
We also ask you to read the fire action notices displayed in the communal areas.
