Take part in our customer survey

We want to understand your needs so we can provide the best possible services. To help us do this, an independent research organisation called IFF Research will be contacting some of our customers over the coming weeks and months by phone or email to invite them to take part in a short survey.

The survey will ask a few simple questions about you and your household, such as who lives in your home and your preferred ways for us to communicate with you. By taking part, you'll help us improve and tailor our services, communicate more effectively, better understand our communities, and keep our customer records accurate and up to date.

How to take part

Taking part is voluntary, and you can skip any questions you feel uncomfortable answering. All information will be confidential and only used by RHP for the purpose of improving our services.

As a thank you for your time, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw in December 2026. We will randomly select 16 winners to receive shopping gift vouchers that can be used at a wide range of stores, including two £100 vouchers, four £50 vouchers, and ten £25 vouchers.

We encourage you to take part if you are contacted, as your feedback helps us deliver services that work for you and your community.

Who is running the prize draw?

The prize draw is run by RHP.

Who can enter

• You must be an RHP tenant who has been invited to take part in the survey by IFF Research.
• You must be 18 years old or older.
• Employees working for RHP or IFF Research (and their close families) cannot enter.

How to enter

It is completely free to enter: you just need to complete the short survey when you are contacted by phone or email by IFF Research on behalf of RHP. Everyone will be contacted. You only get one entry per household.

The competition closes on Monday 14 December.  

The prizes

There are 16 gift vouchers up for grabs in total, which can be used at a wide range of popular shops:

•    Two people will win a £100 voucher
•    Four people will win a £50 voucher
•    10 people will win a £25 voucher

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and they are non-transferable. If a specific voucher is unavailable, RHP can replace it with another of the same value.

Winner selection and notification

•    The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
•    We will contact you within 14 days of the draw, using your RHP contact details.
•    If you do not reply or claim your prize within 30 days, we will have to pick a different winner.
•    Your prize will be sent directly to you within 30 days of confirming your details.

Data protection & privacy

Your survey answers are kept confidential and will only be used by RHP to improve services. Your personal details will be handled safely and in line with data protection laws.

By entering, you acknowledge that if you are a winner, RHP may publish your first name and your broad location (e.g., David from Hampton) on the platform or at www.rhp.org.uk to announce the close of the competition.

RHP has the right to change or cancel the prize draw if something unexpected happens that is out of our control. By taking part, you agree to follow these simple rules.
