For over 10 years we’ve enjoyed connecting with our customers, and other stakeholders via X, formally Twitter.
However, we now have some ethical concerns around the platform and have seen an increase in content that's not aligned with our culture and values. Therefore, after careful consideration, we’ve decided to remove our presence from X.
With immediate effect, we'll no longer engage with any new queries via the channel and will close our profile on Friday 23 August.
