Our purpose is to provide safe, secure, affordable homes – opening the door to life opportunities. We own and manage around 10,000 homes for social rent and shared ownership, and plan to build many more over the next five years.
We were formed in 2000, and have gradually extended our reach. Today we’re proud to operate across the boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston and Hillingdon.
For the past twenty years we’ve been passionate about providing excellent service and our vision has remained the same: to be one of the best service providers in the UK and an excellent employer.
Our employees love working for us, and we’ve been recognised as an excellent employer through several prestigious awards, including being named as a Top Employer 2024 and holding Investors in People Platinum status. In recent years we’ve also gained Gold accreditation as part of the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Index and were named as Family Friendly Employer of the Year at the Personnel Today Awards.
Co-op Homes
Co-op Homes is a registered provider with 300 properties across London and the South East. They are also managing agents for 30 other community housing organisations and housing co-ops, in turn providing services to over 2000 residents. Co-op Homes’ aim is to work with a co-operative ethos to help people and their communities flourish. We were delighted to welcome Co-op Homes to the Group in 2005. Find out more about them here.
