A home condition survey is like a health check for your home. It's where we take a quick look at important parts like the kitchen, bathroom, windows and roof to see what condition they're in.

What happens during the survey:

A surveyor will come to your home for about 20-30 minutes to look at these key areas and take a few photographs. It helps us plan future maintenance and make sure your home meets health and safety standards.

Why we do it:

When we've got up-to-date information about your home, we can plan investment better and manage repairs when they're needed. If we don't have current information, it might take us longer to plan and carry out improvements to your home.

What to expect:

Pennington Choices will get in touch to arrange a time that suits you. All their surveyors carry ID, so we'd recommend asking to see it before you let them in.

Any adult who's 18 or over can give access for the survey.
