Have your say on repairs & complaints
We’re setting up two customer engagement groups, one of which will focus on complaints and one will be around repairs. As part of a two-hour focus group, you’ll be given the opportunity to share your views and talk about your experience with our repairs service or complaints process.

The sessions will be in mid-November (date to be confirmed) between 4pm – 6pm and will be run virtually via MS Teams. Anyone who attends will receive a £30 Amazon voucher.
