Your voice matters: drop-in event feedback

Published: 25/11/2025

This month, 14 households, including three of our dedicated Community Ambassadors, attended our drop-in customer event to share their feedback and discuss their concerns face-to-face.

Improved communication was a consistent theme, with customers telling us they shouldn't have to chase our teams for updates and responses. Customers also shared their frustration with repairs, and damp and mould.

Overall, feedback was extremely positive:

  • All attendees expressed appreciation for the event and valued the opportunity to speak to teams face-to-face.
  • Many participants reported feeling better and more reassured after the session.
  • One customer noted their appreciation for not being rushed and said they genuinely felt heard.
  • Attendees valued having senior management and Board members there, signalling our commitment to genuine engagement.
  • All completed surveys indicated a ‘very satisfied’ rating for the event, with every participant also selecting ‘yes’ when asked whether they'd taken away something useful. Customers told us they'd be interested in attending future sessions.

We take the feedback from this session very seriously and are committed to addressing the issues raised: especially around repairs and communication. Our You Spoke, We Listened documents illustrate how we take your feedback on board to improve what we do.

Our Community Engagement Team holds regular drop-in sessions and events to listen to your feedback, turn your voice into action, and work together with you to get results that matter. Visit our website and Facebook page for more information about upcoming events in your area.
