Our recruitment process

Here's what to expect after you've submitted an application

If your application is successful, we’ll send you an email inviting you to an interview.

The email will let you know:

  • our KOSMIHC values,
  • what we are looking for in a potential employee,
  • any tasks or activities (e.g. written exercise) you might need to prepare for.

Our aim is to keep things friendly and conversational, allowing us both to ask the right questions. The interview panel will usually include up to three people: a hiring manager, a senior team member, and a representative from our People team. We’ll take notes as we listen carefully to your responses, but don’t be put off, we’re engaged!

Here’s how we’ll run the interview:

  1. welcome and introductions
  2. discussion about the role and what we are looking for
  3. we’ll start with a general question like ‘tell us a bit about yourself’
  4. we’ll ask you questions related to the job description
  5. we’ll ask you if you have any questions - remember there’s no such thing as a silly question
  6. we’ll explain the next steps.
  • Have a good read of our ‘About Us’ section to get a good understanding of what we do.
  • Be yourself – we value authenticity. Diversity is at the heart of RHP Group’s culture.
  • If you don’t understand a question, just ask us to repeat it
  • Keep your answers relevant to the question asked
  • Talk about YOU! This is your interview. We want to know about your achievements
  • Teamwork is great, but we want to hear about your personal role in any team successes
  • Relax! Take a deep breath, pause if needed, have a sip of water, think about your answer, and then respond.
