Have your say: ways to get involved
Published: 21/07/2026
At RHP, we believe your voice should be at the heart of everything we do. Whether you have just a few minutes to spare or want to get more involved, we offer a range of ways for you to share your feedback, influence our policies, and help us improve our services.
We regularly keep you updated on how your feedback has been put into action through our quarterly You Spoke, We Listened updates. It’s our way of showing how your insights directly lead to service improvements.
We know that life is busy, so you can pick and choose the option that works best for you. Here's how you can get involved:
1. Join our Digital Neighbourhood
Our online engagement platform is the easiest way to have your say from the comfort of your sofa while enjoying a cuppa. We ask for your feedback on a wide range of topics, including new strategies and policies, customer communications, and changes affecting specific estates. To start influencing policies and shaping communities, sign up here.
2. Join our Customer Review Group
If you prefer reviewing things in your own time, this option lets you help shape our services from home. Every three months, you’ll get early access to our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures. You’ll be asked to spot what is improving, what needs attention, and review anonymous comments from other customers to understand their experiences. To thank you for your time, you'll receive a £30 voucher for each review you complete.
3. Join a Customer Focus Group
If you’d like to meet in person, we hold bi-monthly focus groups at our Teddington offices. These two-hour sessions dive into specific services like our repairs and complaints processes, giving you a direct platform to share your views and experiences. You'll receive a £30 Amazon voucher as a thank you.
4. Join a local drop-in session
Our Community Engagement Team regularly runs events across different neighbourhoods. Keep an eye on our community events page, Facebook, and local noticeboards to find out when we’re visiting your area. Everyone is welcome: just drop in.
5. Quick surveys (texts and phone calls)
We also gather quick feedback through text surveys and occasional phone calls with our independent research partner, IFF Research. These touch on everyday services like repairs, communal cleaning, and tackling antisocial behaviour, allowing you to tell us how we're doing in just a few minutes.
