You can also call 0800 032 2433 and ask to be put through to the team. If they're not available, they'll call back within two working days. If you need to meet the team in person at our Teddington office, please contact them in advance.
The homeowner service covers all legal transactions, including lease extensions and advice, resales, staircasing (for Shared Owners), the section 20 process, service charge enquiries, and customer engagement. Arrears monitoring, invoicing and payment plans remain with RHP’s Leasehold Finance Team. You should report repairs, estate issues, and anti-social behaviour to the customer services team.
