In March 2020 we introduced a new team to provide a dedicated service for all homeowners.
Their service covers all legal transactions, including lease extensions and advice, resales, staircasing (for Shared Owners), the section 20 process, service charge enquiries and customer engagement. Arrears monitoring, invoicing and payment plans remain with RHP’s Leasehold Finance Team and you should report repairs, estate issues and anti-social behaviour to customer service.
