We have now published our 2021/22 annual report and financial statements. Key highlights include:
- Operating surplus of £16.1m
- £10.3m was invested in capital works (2021: £6.6m)
- A+ (negative) credit rating from Standard and Poor's
- G1/V1 regulatory governance and viability rating affirmed
These consolidated financial statements include RHP Ltd, Co-op Homes (South) Ltd, RHP Finance PLC, RHP Develop Ltd and RHP Property Ltd.
