This week it's ASB awareness week, and the theme is ‘know your rights’. It's important that you know how to tackle antisocial behaviour, so here’s a brief reminder of how it all works:

To report antisocial behaviour, you can reach us at 0800 032 2433 or email us at [email protected]. Providing a log of incidents is always helpful in understanding the frequency and nature of the behaviour. We recommend using our diary sheets and the Noise App, as they provide strong evidence of what has been happening.

Our approach to handling ASB varies depending on the case. Once we’ve confirmed the details, we may request the victim to provide a written statement to support any legal actions. We're committed to supporting vicitms throughout this process, regardless of the circumstances, with the ultimate goal of ensuing that our homes are safe and enjoyable places to live.
