On 1 April 2024, we transferred the management and maintenance of our garages and forecourt areas to Secure Parking and Storage (SPS). They were chosen following a detailed tender process where they demonstrated the best value for money. They have a history of providing high-standard services to other housing associations, and will be able to provide specialised, customer-focused expertise.
This information will also be displayed on signs at all sites. If you have a sign on your specific garage, contact SPS so they can make sure they have the right data for your tenancy.
Who will I pay my rent to?
All payments must now be made to Secure Parking and Storage. They'll ask you to complete a new direct debit mandate and contact details form. Return both in the Freepost envelope ASAP.
The first Direct Debit will be taken on 1 June 2024, then on the first working day of each month. Any payments made to RHP after this date won't be accepted.
I can’t pay by Direct Debit – are there any other options?
You can pay using any of the following options:
- Standing order or bank transfer: contact SPS for these details.
- Credit or debit card over the phone.
Will the rental amount change?
No – your rent will stay the same.
How do I rent a garage or raise a query?

I have a repair logged with RHP: what will happen to it?
SPS is picking up all current and overdue repairs with their expert tradespeople. They'll contact you to arrange access if required.
I want to give up my garage – how do I give notice?
You'll need to give notice to Secure Parking and Storage in writing, letter or email. Their address is Unit 13 Western Road, Stratford Upon Avon, CV37 0AH.
