We’ve appointed Accuro as our new grounds maintenance contractor to look after the green spaces around your homes. Accuro came out top from a robust procurement process, due to the quality of their work and passion for creating flourishing environments that improve local areas.

What this means for you:
Grass cutting service
We aim to cut the grass within fourteen working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays and is subject to weather conditions.
Hedge maintenance service
We aim to carry out pruning and shaping three to four times a year depending on species.
Shrub maintenance service
- We aim to weed, edge and prune shrub beds every six to eight weeks.
- We’ll occasionally apply environmentally friendly herbicide weed spray to tackle intrusive weeds.
- We'll carry out the bulk of shrub reduction work throughout June and July, subject to existing flowering.
Please note, during spring we will be mindful of flowering or nesting birds. There will be minimal works unless affecting the entrance, exits or pathways.
In addition to maintenance, we have an improvement budget for certain trees and plants. Please contact us to see if your block/estate can be included in the 2023/2024 project. This will continue for the next four years as we aim to replace/renew old wood stock and lost trees.
