The lifts in the blocks of flats at Chertsey Court are to be renewed. The lift programme will start week commencing 23 May 2022 and will focus initially on the out of service and most unreliable lifts. We will be starting on two blocks at a time with the lifts in blocks 1-8 and 9-16 replaced first. Each lift will take around 10 weeks to replace.
We will contact residents again before Lift and Engineering Services (LES), the lift replacement contractor, start work. We will also be sharing the first in the series of newsletters to residents very soon too.
