We recently committed to support Richmond Council with their Social Housing Improvement Plan (SHIP) for the borough. Central to the plan is a series of commitments setting out how we’ll work together to put residents’ voices at the heart of decision-making and invest in communal areas and projects to build safer, stronger, thriving communities.
The commitments are:
- Putting the resident voice at the heart of decision-making
- Improving repairs service
- Tackling defects and disrepair
- Investing in sustainable homes
- Investing in safe and strong communities
