We’re offering customers a free ‘Support Work in Schools’ course with Level 2 Safeguarding starting on Friday 3 March. This course will then take place every consecutive Friday for the next 15 weeks.
Learners will receive a Level 2 qualification gaining knowledge on supporting children and young people in a school setting. On the course you’ll learn the following:
- Support health and safety in a learning environment.
- Understand how to safeguard children and young people.
- Develop professional relationships with children, young people and adults.
- Understand how children and young people develop.
- Support positive behaviour in children and young people.
- Support children and young people during learning activities.
Am I eligible for it?
To qualify for the course you must be:
- Must be over 19 years old.
- Must have lived in the UK over three years.
- Must be on Benefits of earning less then £17,500.
