This month, we're excited to introduce our Healthy Homes campaign, dedicated to ensuring your home stays warm and dry not just for the winter, but all year round. We're focusing on preventing dampness and mould before they escalate into bigger problems.

To support you, we've established a dedicated damp and mould team. Our newly appointed damp and mould case manager collaborates closely with customers, swiftly resolving damp and mould issues to maintain our homes in the best condition possible. Our committed damp & mould surveyor conducts thorough inspections for homes that require closer attention, identifying any additional work needed and taking prompt action.

In the coming months, we'll be sharing valuable information, practical tips, and ongoing support to help you maintain a warm, dry home and manage any challenges that may arise. If you're experiencing dampness or mould problems, please inform us as soon as possible. The sooner you report it, the quicker we can address the issue before it worsens.
