Our repairs service is currently under pressure with a high demand and challenges filling repairs operative vacancies.
We’re committed to completing any routine repairs for you as fast as we can. However due to the continued impact of Brexit and the pandemic, we’ve been particularly limited by labour supply, which is reducing our appointment availability. This means that repairs are sometimes taking longer than we’d hope to get sorted – we’re sorry if you’ve been impacted by this.
To help address this issue, we’ve been working with our repairs partner Mears to help fill any vacancies they have.
