Our employees and contractors should feel safe and secure working in the local community, without suffering from other people’s abuse or anti-social activities.

Examples of inappropriate behaviour include:

- Threats or acts of violence, aggression, or bullying.

- Verbally abusing or harassing employees, partners, or contractors on the grounds of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or for any other reason.

- Using animals to threaten, intimidate, or attack others.

We take all reports seriously: any form of aggression towards our employees will result in RHP taking action against you. This could include restrictions to our services, or action against your tenancy.
