RHP and LGAH partnership
RHP is proud to partner with Legal and General Affordable Homes (LGAH) to undertake day-to-day management of a selection of their properties.
A key part of our five-year strategy is to seek out partnership opportunities, as we believe that partnership work will help enhance what we do – enabling us to do more with the resources we’ve got.
We have chosen to work together due to our shared values. Who are RHP
We provide people with a place they’re proud to call home, along with modern services that make lives easier. Formed in 2000, we currently own and manage around 10,000 homes across London and plan to build 1,000 more over the next five years. These will be for social rent, shared ownership and the intermediate market (young people who are stuck in the rent trap).

Who are Legal & General Affordable Homes
LGAH is part of Legal and General Group. Backing a fast-growing pipeline of over 80,000 homes over the next five to ten years, LGAH is committed to investing in housing for all ages, social groups and housing tenures. They seek to have a positive economic and social impact on the regions and communities in which they deliver our homes. LGAH are working with a small network of management providers to bring local expertise and the established infrastructure needed to support the delivery of exceptional services to our customers.
