RHP completes more accessible and sustainable homes in South-West London

London housing provider RHP Group has completed a new development on Hampton Road in Teddington, transforming the site into 14 modern one and two-bed homes.

The development comprises of eight shared ownership and six affordable rent homes. Two of which are mobility accessible, featuring wheelchair charging ports, height-adjustable kitchen worktops, and ramp access. The site is also equipped with solar panels, a green roof, and electric car charging points, making it a future-proof living space compatible with dynamic lifestyles.

All 14 homes feature gated car parking, with the aim of countering the high demand for parking spaces in the area.

Sarah Thomas, RHP’s Chief Executive says: “We’re proud to have completed more homes in the local community, that meet a diverse range of needs. The sustainability features reflect our commitment to protect the environment, and mean the homes are fit for today and tomorrow. I wish all our new customers at Hampton Road great happiness in their new homes”.

RHP’s purpose is to provide safe, secure affordable homes – opening the door to life opportunities. This new development contributes to the organisation’s target of building 600 new homes over the next five years.
