We are delighted to announce that we have retained our G1/V1 status from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), recognising that we continue to be well-governed and financially strong.
This is the highest rating that can be awarded to a housing association and demonstrates that we meet the RSH’s requirements for both governance and viability, and have the financial capacity to deal with a range of adverse scenarios.
