From this week (3 November) our Customer Support Team is hosting a drop-in service every first Thursday of the month at Hounslow Heath Community Centre, between 1pm and 3pm.
They can talk to you about benefits or grants you might be entitled to, refer you to local foodbanks and signpost you to other charities that can help. You don't need an appointment - you can just turn up and chat - but if you'd rather make one, get in touch to book a slot.
Increased household costs are affecting everyone right now, with the cost of food, fuel, and utilities all going up at the same time. If you're struggling financially, we want to support you, and we’re here to help. For a face-to-face chat, drop into our office at 8 Waldegrave Road, Teddington, TW11 8GT on Wednesdays between 10am and 2pm. If you’d rather chat to us over the phone, call 0800 032 2533 and ask for Donna or Isaac or on the Welfare Support Team. We can book an appointment to suit you on Fridays between 10am and 2pm.
